I ordered from Oysho and had a problem with my return, so I reached out to customer service thinking it would be a quick fix. Of course, like every customer service team these days, they took forever to reply, and when they finally did it was just some copy-paste response that didn’t even answer what I asked. I had to explain the same thing three different times and still got nowhere. The clothes are nice, sure, but if anything goes wrong, you’re basically left to deal with it yourself...

It runs a little small, but it still fits okay. I would probably size up next time for a more comfortable fit.

Well... I had to return a pair of leggings that just didn’t fit me right. The return process on oysho was straightforward, and I got the label really quickly. I sent them back and the refund came through a few days later without me having to chase anyone. i thought it would take longer, so I was happy with how it all went.

I ordered some leggings and a top from Oysho. Saw them online first. The photos looked really nice. Clean. Fitted. Pretty much what I wanted.

When they arrived, they were okay. Not bad quality. But the colors felt a bit duller in person. Less bright than on the site. The fit was also looser on me than it looked on the model.

I don’t think it’s a bad shop. Just wish the pictures showed the fabric and color more honestly. I’d probably order again. Just more carefully next time.

I’ve liked a few oysho basics over the years, and I can see why people go for them, they’re simple and easy to wear. But lately, most of the designs feel a bit too plain for what they cost. The colors are usually muted, and the cuts don’t feel especially fresh or inspiring. It’s not that the clothes are bad, they just don’t really fit the mood or energy I’m looking for right now...

The app is okay overall, and to be fair, it does what I need most of the time. The main issue I’ve run into is that it sometimes freezes when I’m trying to check out, which can be frustrating. If that gets fixed, I’d probably have a much better experience with it...

Oysho has become one of those stores I check almost automatically when I need comfy basics. I first started buying their pajamas and underwear because my sister kept recommending them, and now I usually end up browsing the gym clothes and casual pieces too. It’s nice when you just want simple, wearable stuff without overthinking it.
I’m giving it 4 stars because after a while some of the styles can feel a little repetitive, especially if you shop there often. But overall, the range is solid, the pieces are comfortable, and I usually manage to find something useful whenever I go in

My order showed up fast, which was nice because I was kind of expecting to wait longer. The tracking was decent too, not perfect maybe, but reliable enough that I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it disappeared to. Anyway, happy with how it went...

I had a really smooth time using oysho.com. The menu was easy to understand, and I could jump between sections without getting confused, which is more than I can say for a lot of shopping sites. The filters worked like they should, checkout was simple, and everything loaded fast on my phone. Sites are always better when they don’t make you click through a million annoying steps, so this was an easy 5 stars for me.

I signed up for an account on oysho.com after a friend recommended the store, but the whole account setup has been frustrating. Even changing basic details wasn’t straightforward, and the site kept kicking me back to the login page.

I also tried updating my email preferences, but it didn’t seem to actually save anything. I’m still getting emails I don’t want, which gets annoying really quickly.

I reached out to customer service, but the response felt generic and nothing was really fixed. For such a well-known store, I expected the account section to work a lot better than this

Shopping on OYSHO was fine overall, but the payment options felt limited. I was hoping to use a different method and ended up just paying by card because there wasn’t really much else that worked for me.
The checkout itself was easy enough and the payment went through without any issues, but I do think they need to add more options, like more digital wallets or better pay-later choices. It’s not a dealbreaker yet, but if it stays this basic, I’d probably start looking at other shops that make paying a bit easier...

I’ve bought a few things from Oysho some of their stuff is really nice — comfortable, stylish, and generally good quality. But I do feel like their sustainability claims could be a lot clearer. It’s not always easy to find solid info about where items are made or how eco-friendly the fabrics actually are. The packaging also feels a bit excessive sometimes. For a brand this big, especially with prices that aren’t exactly cheap, I’d expect more transparency and less vague wording around being “green.”

I do like oysho stuff, but the loyalty program feels pointless to me. Like, there don’t seem to be many real benefits, and the rewards take forever to actually feel worth it. I guess I just expected a bit more if you’re shopping there regularly.

I tried checking out twice, and both times the payment failed for no clear reason. Then my cart got emptied, which was really frustrating. I get that glitches happen, but it feels like the basic decent thing would be to at least save someone’s cart if the payment doesn’t go through

The fabric feels nice and they don’t get annoying even after wearing them for a few hours, which I appreciate. The only thing is the sizing was sorta different between the two items, so I had to guess a little. Still happy with them overall though.

Then they arrived and nope, completely different vibe. They were thin, see-through, and the sizing felt off too. I usually don’t get too bothered about returning stuff, but this annoyed me. If the description had been clearer, I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
